  • The outdoor team has won four NCAC championships since 1987, including three consecutive titles from 1996 to 1998.
  • Justina Williams ('02) is the indoor conference record holder in the long jump (18'0"). She also was a two-time indoor NCAC Outstanding Field Athlete of the Year.
  • Kerri Horst ('02), the school record holder in the javelin (129'1"), lettered in three sports at Wooster and earned all-conference honors in both softball and track during the same season.
  • Jill Berner ('06) is the school and NCAC record holder for the indoor pole vault (10-6.75) and also holds the school record for the outdoor pole vault (11-9.75).
  • Katie Wieferich ('07) was named the NCAC Outstanding Middle Distance/Distance Runner of the Year at both the indoor and outdoor conference meet in 2006 and again at the outdoor meetin in 2007.
  • Katie Wieferich ('07) earned All-America honors in the same two events in both 2006 & 2007, finishing third in the 10,000 meters and fifth in the 5,000 meters both years.
  • Katie Wieferich ('07) became the 20th athlete in Wooster history to earn Academic All-American accolades when she grabbed the honor in 2006.
  • Kayla Miller ('09) produced an NCAA Div. III provisional qualifying mark in the triple jump in 2007 (11.36 meters).
