Head Coach Sarah Davis
Sarah Davis, Director of The College of Wooster’s Volleyball camp brings extensive knowledge of the game and a wide variety of collegiate and camp coaching experience. Coach Davis is in her first year as the head women’s volleyball coach at The College of Wooster. In her first season the Fighting Scots claimed 3rd place in the North Coast Athletic Conference and qualified for the post-season conference tournament.
Davis has been coaching NCAA Division III volleyball for the last seven years. From 2004-2007 she was on the coaching staff that led the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, a perennial top 25 team, to the 2004 NCAA tournament quarterfinals. She has coached 13 All-Conference players and 2 All-Americans. Davis was a defender and a right-side hitter during her collegiate career.
Youth camps and clinics have been an integral part of Davis’ professional experience. She spent three-years as the director of the “Junior Eagles” youth volleyball clinics in La Crosse, WI and has been a part of camp staffs all over the country. In, 2003 Davis was fortunate enough to lead a U.S. team in a two week tour of Latin America and provided volleyball camps and clinics to individuals and teams of all ages throughout Costa Rica and Guatemala. |
