  • The Wooster men have won two NCAC championships and the women four since 1987, including three straight from 1996-1998.
  • Wooster men have made 17 trips to the NCAA Regional Championships in the last 19 years; women have made 22 trips in 26 years.
  • Coach Dennis Rice has been named NCAC Coach of the Year four times for both the men's and women's teams.
  • The men's team has had six runners win individual NCAC titles, while the women have had 12 first-team all-conference performers since 1996.
  • Emily Moorefield ('95) and Sandy Tecklenburg ('01) were each named to the NCAC All-Decade Team.
  • Katie Wieferich ('07) was named First-Team Academic All-District by ESPN The Magazine in 2006.
  • Katie Wieferich ('07) became the first Wooster woman to capture the individual NCAC Championship twice (2005 & 2006).
  • Katie Wieferich ('07) took first at the NCAA Div. III Great Lakes Regional, then finished 14th at the Div. III National Championships in 2006.
  • Suzanne Capehart ('11) led the Scots in every race of her initial collegiate campaign in 2007.
